Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Location: St Louis, MO

Pay Range: $55,000- $65,000

• Become a Quality Champion: You'll be the guardian of our customer quality programs, wielding your expertise in Intelex and ICIX to keep everything running smoothly.

• Be a Customer Whisperer: You'll be the bridge between us and our customers, ensuring crystal-clear communication and providing exceptional support through multiple channels.

• Be a Master of Efficiency: Streamlining processes and tackling daily exceptions with TraceGains will be your daily quests.

• Level Up Your Skills: You'll constantly be expanding your knowledge in food safety and quality management systems, becoming a true industry hero.

Bonus points if you have:

• A technical degree (think: your knowledge is a superpower!)

• Experience wielding customer information management programs (TraceGains, ICIX, Intelex)

• A working knowledge of food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, Allergen Control) to fight for ultimate food safety.
