Description We are in search of a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in South Bend, Indiana. The primary function of this role is to ensure the accurate processing of accounts payable within the organization. The position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop skills in accounting software systems and accounts payable processing.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing accounts payable transactions in a timely manner.

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel to manage and update financial data.

• Implementing accounting functions to maintain financial efficiency within the organization.

• Performing check processing and data entry tasks thoroughly and accurately.

• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies in accounts payable.

• Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage customer relationships and processes.

• Continually improving knowledge and competence in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures.

• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive financial information. Requirements • Proficient with Accounting Software Systems

• Mastery in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Processing procedures

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficient in identifying and resolving Discrepancies

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is desirable
