What you will do

The Scientist develops and delivers Oral Care formulated products pipeline with regional scope, translating science to outstanding consumer benefits. Strong intellectual curiosity, good communication, project management and partnership building skills:

Key Responsibilities

• Translates current & new consumer needs into R&D results and lead or supports product development projects according to the agreed brief considering claim requirements, cost targets and budget and timeline management. Own monthly Close Preparation & Completion.

• Connect with key partners for claims discussions and demos being consumer obsessed and closer of external environment to contribute with ideas and concepts and generates innovative ideas impacting the brand strategy success and bringing value to the essential health pipeline.

• Perform lab experiments related to formula & process development with innovative and strategic approach while applying consumer insights.

• Plan and implement scale up processes and deployment activities. Establish partnership with toiletries plant and external manufacturers to implement new products and improve manufacturing and filling process.

• Support investigation & change control process, troubleshooting and support other quality process during R&D deployment, initial post launch phase and market stability studies issues.

• Demonstrate clear engagement for action on priorities supporting the team with technical skills.

• Generate, organize and compile documentation for registration process being compliant with Regulatory Agencies guidelines or other possible authorities' entity.

• Great sense of urgency is needed to respond the target dates and business achievements.

• Ability to development partnership with our chemical suppliers to stablish a process to new developments, developing robust technical documentation including protocols, reports, specifications and patent filing and ensuring compliance with Quality procedures and regulatory requirements.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor Degree in Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or related areas is required.

• 2 to 4 years experience in R&D areas focused on formulated products and product development.

• Strong Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• Advanced English is required.

Desired Qualifications

• Advanced Spanish is differential.
