About the Role

 

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support tailored to the intricate needs of our Student Financial customers in higher education? Do you thrive on collaborating and problem-solving to ensure customers receive the assistance they need?

 

We have an exciting opportunity within the Workday Support team specifically focused on supporting our Student Financials customers. We are seeking an individual with a deep understanding of financial aid operations, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence. This role goes beyond simply answering questions; it's about delving into complex issues and crafting innovative solutions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial aid services. What would you do all day

  • Manage a queue of Student cases, prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact

  • Solve complex problems, drive change, and implement solutions

  • Handle sensitive escalated customer issues

  • Work with Product Managers, QA and Development to highlight customer Student processing trends and identify areas for enhanced functionality and tools

  • Maintain your knowledge of new functionality and compliance changes

  • Use your energy, drive, adaptability and enthusiasm to perpetrate the positive vibes throughout the company

  • Participate in our 24/7 global coverage plan

     

     

     

About You

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Have 4+ years of experience in customer service or technical support in a student financial services environment.

  • Basic understanding of financial aid processes and regulations, including federal and private student loans, grants, scholarships, and tuition assistance programs

     

Other Qualifications

  • Responsible for diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues relating to financial aid processing.

Additional experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Huma n Capital Management

  • Financials

  • Accounting

  • Have a successful track record of managing multiple urgent priority issues concurrently

  • Have excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills

  • Have proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers and internal resources

  • D monstrate initiative, flexibility and provide complete follow through on areas of responsibility.

  • Are able to generate a sense of urgency and rally appropriate teams

  • Are able to deal with the stress related to resolution timeframes and conflicting/competing priorities

     

     

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

 

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.UT.Salt Lake City

 

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $84,000 USD - $126,000 USD

 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $79,800 USD - $154,200 USD
