Ford Motor Company Intergration Engineer in Rayong, Thailand

  • Lead, track and communicate GPDS milestones to successfully deliver programs green for each PMTs.

  • Engage PD and Program management teams in the timely delivery of LQOS.

  • Lead cross-functional issue resolution and escalation to resolve issues in timely manner.

  • Ensure cross-functional teamwork to achieve quality launch.

  • Support integration leader to manage budget to meet program targets including headcount, ED&T, Materials and services.

  • Engage with matched pair in all relevant external functions to ensure business continuity.

  • Manage engineering budget to meet program targets including headcount, Materials and services to ensure CPAR/GPIRS orders PO in place to contain builds.

  • Engage internal control, ISO and MCRP for cross functional PD team to ensure compliance.

  • Deliver results: Strong influencing skills and leadership in a demanding environment, remote from the main program team.

  • High energy, self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision.

  • Ability and courage to effectively communicate key issues and recommendations to senior management.

  • Ability to work within a very diverse (culturally and functionally) environment.

  • High integrity with good attitude and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate with global team.
