• To perform the manufacturing engineering function for special projects, production lines, cost reduction, and continuous improvement thru analytical approach.

• Develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications, safety requirements and quality standards.

• Recommends and implements improvements to processes, methods and controls and product design. Ensure safe working practices are designed into all processes.

• The individual will lead to develop electrical and controls system design solution based on lean principles.

• New installation and modification of assembly equipment on time with product capability

• APQP documentation to AIAG standards in the production

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods for productivity improvement.

• Do the complete conceptual design of the control and information systems including specification of the hardware and software to be used in the production system.

• Develop database and reporting functions in accordance with the design documents in order to meet the functional requirements such as MES, SCADA and Lot Traceability System.

• Test End Of Line Tester and NVH system using the test plan in order to determine compliance with functional requirements such as correlation and Gage R&R

• Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency and safety.

• Develop and update manufacturing system’s core documents (process flow, PFMEA and preliminary control plan, work instruction)

• Establish and improve standardized work using cycle time table

• Manage installation, debugging and trial work for new launching project

• Responsible for complying with safety rules and procedures

• Develop a functional description of the automation solution (e.g., control scheme, alarms, HMI, reports) using rules established in the definition stage in order to guide development and programming

• Responsible for preparing instruments and control systems specifications, instruments and instrument valves data sheets, RFQs, technical bid summaries, and purchase recommendations.
