Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role involves working on-site and primarily focuses on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoice processing, and data entry, with additional tasks related to HR and office management.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently processing customer credit applications

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records

• Resolving customer credit inquiries

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Conducting account reconciliation tasks

• Communicating effectively with vendors to resolve discrepancies and missing information

• Assisting with HR-related tasks such as creating onboarding materials

• Using software tools such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial management

• Adapting quickly to a fast-paced work environment and handling time-sensitive tasks

• Assisting with the update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

This role requires a variety of skills including QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing. The selected candidate will be working closely with the office management. Requirements • Proficiency in account reconciliation processes

• Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with billing procedures and practices

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Experience in invoice processing

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle software

• Experience with QuickBooks software

• Knowledge of SAP software

• Prior experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar is preferred
