JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Overview Individual will be responsible for the execution of all post closing functions which includes accuracy and compliance for all required documentation relating to the mortgage loan file. Works within loan policy and regulatory guidelines set by Johnson Bank, Freddie Mac and any applicable investors. Position will document, track and resolve the regulatory and investor requirements to ensure the accuracy of the mortgage loan. Perform Pre-Close review of mortgage loan to insure accuracy and compliance with terms of approval, loan policy and applicable regulatory regulations. Key Responsibilities Review approved loans for adherence to all regulatory, compliance, investor, and Johnson Bank requirements. Perform review of all closed loans for adherence to all regulatory, compliance, investor and Johnson Bank requirements. Report to the field all missing documents and follow up to ensure receipt. Package files for shipment for quality control and investor loan reviews. Obtain required final documents on all closed loan files. Coordinate wire transfer of loan proceeds for closings in all Regions.
