Job Summary

Our EMC & Power Supply team is looking for an Engineer to join the company in the Porto Sant’Elpidio office and take responsibility for the design, analysis and development of EMI filters to be embedded in the entire HW of a Inertial Navigation System. This opportunity is addressed to engineers with a background on Electromagnetics, Electronics, or equivalent scientific background.

Duties and responsabilities

The selected candidate will be included in the EMC & Power Supply team and will be part of a multidisciplinary team with experience on HW design, PCB layout and EMI/EMC analysis.

The selected candidate will take the following responsibilities:

  • Analysis/Simulation of EMI filters.

  • Develop the requirement flow down, starting from the customer and system requirements, for all the individual PCBA, related to EMI/EMC.

  • Definition of EMC directives for HW and mechanical design activities.

  • Drafting of EMI/EMC qualification plans.

  • Attend the Hardware Design Review.

  • Support to BD dept. in phase of offer formulation.

    Support to the definition of test plans, execution of test campaigns and analysis of results.

    Qualification and skills

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in electronic engineering.

  • Knowledge of main EMI/EMC military and avionic standards: RTCA DO-160 e MIL-STD-461.

  • Knowledge of Electromagnetism foundamentals.

  • Consolidated knowledge in the use of simulation tools such as LTSpice.

  • Able to work autonomously and/or in team.

  • Attitude to problem solving and to achieve results within time and cost constraints.

  • Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking (the knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
