In this role you would be responsible for supporting the Program Managers and the Project Managers with metrics, analysis and change management. You would also perform administrative functions with respect to established policies, procedures and methods, recommending changes to improve product quality or reduce costs.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working with the Program Manager and the Program Director of the Orangeburg, SC site. As a Programs & Commercial Analyst, this individual will handle day-to-day business dealings in accordance with program and commercial requirements. The candidate will provide high-level analysis of program execution, as well as perform contract administration duties required to enable program execution.
The position reports to the Director of Programs. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE.

Assist Programs Director and Program Managers with program execution analysis and presentment to respective Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Assist with change input into the change management process, change assessment and customer response submittal and resolution
Continuously monitor, track and report metrics indicating progress toward program targets, efficiencies and cost reduction
Support Risk Management processes for the control and mitigation of program risks
Build and maintain standard reporting and metrics presentation materials to stakeholders and customers
Review Purchase orders for contractual compliance
Customer cost/debit tracking
Assist with launching commercial activity as related to new and follow-on contracts, including ensuring contractual requirements are understood by all internal parties
Initiating demand management for serial purchase orders and PO acceptance procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or business field
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) with functional teams and customer representatives
Strong analytical skills
Ability to read and understand contractual documents, purchase orders and terms and conditions
Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable
Understanding of aerospace supply-chain management is a plus
Experience with an ERP/QMS system is a plus
