In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Servicing all type of Regulators/Breather valve/flame arrestor/Cryogenic/Steam Product/ Control Valves/Instruments as per customer requirement.

• Serve current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.

• Provides on-site service (onshore & offshore), technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

• Ensure all service jobs to be completed within customer requirement,

• Knowledge of different type valves and instruments.

• Traveling on-site to troubleshoot the issues.

• Good Workmanship.

• Strive to support customer during emergency situations. Providing a high level of customer service

• Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.

• Understanding customer needs and concerns.

• Creating and submitting service reports, as well as keeping a customer complaint support register.

• Maintain current MRO sales accounts (product, spares, and service) and engage with clients on a regular basis to build and maintain positive relationships.

• Customers site walk downs are required for our product, Installed Base Mapping,

• Customer maintenance schedule tracking.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Any Engineering Degree/Diploma with 2-4 years’ Experience in Service

• Experience in handling of Regulators/ Breather valve/flame arrestor/ Cryogenic/Steam Product/control valves/ Regulators Erection & commissioning will be an added advantage.
