About The Opportunity

GKN Aerospace are looking for talented individuals with skills and passion to join our graduate programme. Graduates will go through 3 rotations (1 x 12 months, 1 x 9 months and 1 x 6 months).

From the day you start, you will be involved in a real role in operational tactical or strategic projects, where you will gain hands-on experience in; manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain, with the requirement of delivering a major project.

The precise nature of your role will be defined by your skills as well as the needs of the business but your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working on projects and supporting a team to find the best solutions

  • Building relationships both within GKN and with our external partners, collaborating across functions, segments and teams to deliver excellence

Key Responsibilities

What GKN Are Looking For:

  • To apply for this role, you will need a degree, or equivalent, in mechanical engineering, aerospace or automotive engineering or related STEM subjects.

  • Experience in an Aerospace, Engineering or Manufacturing environment is preferred.

  • Enthusiasm for working in the Aerospace & Manufacturing Sector.
