Role purpose

Assuring efficient operation across the office of the CIO, supervising administrative and secretarial projects, through coordination of a wide range of services. Assisting with meeting preparation and scheduling, preparing work schedules and ensuring critical function coverage. Providing analysis on high priority topics and interface with Legal, HR, Finance, and Procurement, covering special projects as required.

Key responsibilities

  • IT Leadership meeting preparation, facilitation and follow-up

  • IT market research and analysis

  • Portfolio risk analysis

  • Supporting the strategy process

  • Assist in global budgeting and financial analysis

  • Content creation for board meetings

  • Supports vendor relationships processes

Education

Professional IT background, ideally BA degree level in computer science or equivalent

Experience

Experienced practitioner, able to work unsupervised, minimum of 1-3 year’s experience

This role reports directly into our CIO

Location & Working Model

Preferred locations: Lohmar, Kiel, or Offenbach (Germany)

Model: Hybrid
