As the Senior HR Business Partner DACH you will have the unique opportunity to partner with the regional business leader for DACH to drive significant impact to the organization. You will be part of the EMEA HR Leadership team, located in Limburg and will be hybrid working with an expectation to spend time at the relevant sites in the region.

Now is an exciting time to join the team as we organise ourselves to support the business as they launch a new, growth orientated, business model.

In this role, in a typical day you will:

  • Partner with the DACH regional commercial leader to act as a trusted advisor and coach

  • Provide line management, coaching and mentorship to a Junior HR Business Partner within the DACH region

  • Provide leadership on the core HR initiatives around organizational change, development, engagement, talent management, diversity equity and inclusion as well as capital deployment projects (such as M&A)

  • Leverage your experience and skills as part of the EMEA leadership team, partnering with the other Senior HR Business Partners in Europe

  • Ensuring legal and policy compliance in all our employee processes

  • Partnering with Operational HR and Centres of Excellence to leverage the right support, at the right time for our business

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Demonstrated experience of supporting business leaders in a growth organisation, including coaching, and developing current and future leaders

  • Expert in workforce planning, coaching and engagement, creating a people first culture.

  • Experience of leading the engagement and partnership with works councils and associates

  • Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment.

  • Strong analytical skills using data to make informed decisions, with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
