We are currently hiring for entry level Customer Service Call Center Representatives to join our client's growing team onsite in Lexington! These positions are temporary/contract roles with the opportunity for extension and/or permanent placement. Must be available for a set schedule Monday-Sunday, anywhere from 6:00am-10:30pm. (will be rotational schedule) Candidates must be punctual, willing to learn and looking to grow in the role! Apply today for your next career move!

Responsibilities

• Respond to a variety of inbound colleague calls/emails

• Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing

• Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and colleagues

• Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impacting outages

• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback

• Build ongoing support proficiency for other skills and applications
