Our client, a logistics company located in Hudson, OH, is looking to hire multiple Customer Service Representatives to start on June 3rd!

Details:

• Hybrid after training

• Monday - Friday

• 11a - 8p or 12p - 9p or 1p - 10p

• Training is 8a - 5p for the first three weeks

• 6 month contract to hire

• Start date: 6/3

Description:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls

• Obtain documentation from callers

• Handle accident claims, set up rentals, and roadside assistance

• Follow up with drivers

• Document all information into the system
