Job Description

Primary Duties :

Aligning business objectives with employees and leaders to deliver value-added service which includes aligning to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, supporting employee development and performance, enhancing the recruitment process, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, sourcing, maintaining employee relations, managing internships, updating HR Local policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. Support HR Head to build and maintain a strong organizational culture, as well as continuously improve the employee experience, provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborate with 3rd party partners to manage talent acquisition resources for the business.

  • Responsible for ensuring a smooth employee onboarding program to establish a strong foundation for new hires.

  • Lead Internship programs for Takeda Vietnam

  • Guide employees and managers in utilizing self-service tools in Workday and internal applications to facilitate technology adoption.

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of employee data management in the HR system. Guide employees and managers in utilizing self-service tools for onboarding and referrals, promoting technology adoption within the organization.

  • Responsible for Employer Branding of Takeda Vietnam.

  1. HR Consultation and Strategic Planning:
  • Provide HR consultation, policy interpretation, and strategic planning at all levels.

  • Offer expert input across various HR issues, both generalist and specific expertise.

  • Design and deliver high-impact solutions that meet the business needs.

  • Support business stakeholders in developing business capabilities by creating capability maps and definitions, and designing career progression paths that boost employee growth and align with organizational objectives

  1. HR Operation Management:
  • Provide HR support in compensation planning, performance management, talent management, leadership development, staffing, employee relations, and labor union matters.

  • Lead all well-being and employee engagement activities.

  • Manage HR projects and program implementation for public/company policy, law, people strategy, development & planning organizations, and compliance training.

  • Analyze data and monitor HR results through key metrics.

  • Develop and communicate statistics of key initiatives through HR reports.

  • Act as the first point of contact for departments, fostering effective communication and interaction with employees to enhance engagement and lead engagement activities.

Key Skills, Abilities, and Competencies

  • Vast experience in HR particularly from MNC environment. Minimum 4 years of HR experience; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

  • Experience in talent acquisition, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

  • Strong business partnering and business acumen with the ability to manage and support key stakeholders.

  • Shows significant potential for growth and demonstrates learning agility.

  • Resourceful with a cost-effective mindset, particularly in sourcing service providers for HR.

  • Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and needs.

  • Striking the right balance between result orientation and people focus.

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, high initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile to accomplish tasks.

  • Excellent understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and other regulations related to employee relations.

  • Excellent English skills, both oral and written.
