Description:

• Reviewing legacy agreements, making notes and confirming the dates in their system is accurate (auto renewal terms, expired, etc.)

• Pulling down PDF copies of agreements (10+ years old or tough to read) and validating all that information is accurate

• Invokes a lot of coordination internally and do a lot of information sharing and documentation through SharePoint and MS Excel (run pivot tables, v look ups, manipulate data, etc.)

• Having conversations with business partners that will be cold called from the contractor and haven’t heard from this person in the past (manage those types of conversations, smartly and efficiently talk them through contract situations, etc.)

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

• 6 to 10 years of experience in reviewing and understand various types of contract agreements and their structure (i.e. Master Agreements, Work Orders, Licensed Agreements, EULA, etc.)

• Experience with interpreting and advising business owners on contract expiration, closeout, and contract assignment requirements

• Strong data integrity and analytical skills preferred

• Experience with SAP, SharePoint, Ariba, and MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, v looks up, and manipulating data)

• Experience with various types of contracts for various types of commodities (license agreements to Master Purchase Agreements, Work Orders, Cloud Services, etc.)

• The more varied experience is the better since they will be working with a lot of different agreements

NICE TO HAVE:

• Previous experience in the financial services industry (not required, but would know what vendors they work with)

• Experience with Tableau is preferred (user level experience – download data)
