Responsibilities

• FTP site electronic file management through Revit and/ AutoCAD
• Responsible for keeping local and cloud models in sync for Detailer/Drafter use
• Drafting and modeling of components and equipment as directed by the BIM Coordinator using Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Responsible for organizing and tracking department Requests for Information (RFIs)

Skills and Experience:

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Proficient with 3D Revit and/or AutoCAD software programs (1 year of experience preferred)
• Above average proficiency to read and understand construction drawings
• Above average organizational skills in handling and archiving technical data
• Familiar with Bluebeam
• Familiar with Autodesk Navisworks including development and management of clash detection.

Recommended that the candidate have an Associates degree in CAD Drafting and/or 3 year industry experience as a CAD-BIM Technician and/or Drafter.

CompensationRange: $25 to $35 an hour
