The Field Service Engineer is for building long-term relationship with the customers and support our clients in case of technical problems related to the services and providing remote support. Field Service Engineer is responsible for customer service in Slovenia.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Carrying out commissioning, maintenance, repair of measuring equipment

• Promoting the sale of service in the designated region in cooperation with colleagues from sales and administration department

• Technical support for sales team

• Training and technical consulting

• Compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy

The essential requirements of the job include:

• University graduate in engineering – i.e. automation/electronics or similar

• Valid driving license cat.B and willingness to drive across Slovenia to visit customers, with some occasional overnight stays

• Fluent Slovenian language and advanced English
