Description:

• Serves customers by providing accurate selection of products in an orderly and timely manner. The product must arrive correctly, on time and without damage.

• Pick the right product ordered and to select the proper quantity ordered.

• Insure product is clean and not damaged when sent to customer.

• Insure the warehouse remains in a good, clean and organized manner. This includes a proper clean up at end of the shift.

• Properly load and select all orders (Investigate) that are on the load manifest.

• Follow all special customer requirements that are printed on the picking lists.

• Label all orders that require customer labeling.

• Report any and all damage of product and equipment.

• Follows flow charts, written direction and verbal direction

• Insure that replenishment is being done at the rate of 20 drops per hour

• Maintain the recycling standard

• Collect all recycled materials throughout warehouse

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness

• Supports Quality System (NQS) by identifying opportunities and implementing corrective and preventive action.

• Report any accidents and equipment problems

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES:

• Must have RF scanner experience

• Distribution/warehouse experience preferred (order picking)

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently (job is very physically demanding)

• Must be able to work overtime daily

• Must be willing to learn forklift after direct
