Wood County Hospital is accepting applications for a full-time Environmental Services Technician. The Environmental Services Technician provides personal care and professional excellence by cleaning and maintaining an assigned area of the hospital to a sanitary, orderly and attractive condition.  

Job Duties:

• Properly cleans restrooms and replenishes essentials.

• Dusts vents, cabinets, horizontal surfaces and counters.

• Properly completes discharge unit cleaning.

• Thoroughly vacuums and extracts furniture and carpets as needed.

• Properly dust mops and wet mops floors with cleaning solutions. Safely operates electric floor machines and vacuums. Properly scrubs, strips and refinishes floors with machine.

Shift Details:

Hours: Part Time, 22.5 hours per week

Shift: Vary

Weekend and holiday rotation required.

Minimum Requirements:

Preferred Experience:

• Healthcare experience preferred.
