• Responsible for floor-level process engineering efforts

• Mentor Operators and Technicians on methods of improving efficiencies

requirements:

• BS Engineering (Mechanical or Material Science preferred, open to similar)

• 3+ years' experience in plant floor-level process engineering

• Team player mindset, leadership abilities

• Desire to be on the plant floor (this is not a desk job!)
