Philips Product Manager, DCP (Digital Computational Pathology) in Best, Netherlands

Product Manager Digital Computational Pathology (DCP):

Own the DCP product strategy, product requirements, solution and services development, launch and life-cycle management or their enhancements, driven by global and local market needs, a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial success criteria.

Your role:

  • Own lifecycle management (including phase-in and phase-out) and market readiness as part of PDLM. Drive definition, development, introduction and maintenance of the products/solutions/ lifecycle and professional services, in line with portfolio marketing strategy, to get the optimal combination of performance and price in time.

  • Own pricing strategy (price setting in collaboration and alignment with pricing CoE) and margin optimization of products and solutions. Guide channel strategy for the assigned portfolio. Ensure compliance with quality & regulatory requirements.

  • Drive value proposition development based on customer insights, including health economics for lead markets. Develop claims roadmaps for portfolio, product, lifecycle and professional services. Build business cases.

  • Analyze & synthesize data to deliver actionable, impactful & visual recommendations to the business to enable data-driven decision making. Utilize customer, segment and market insights as provided by MI&A team for decision making on portfolio. Provide input to MI&A team on industry and competitive trends.

  • Provide subject matter expertise in the development of customer and sales education materials.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve got a proven success track record in a Product Manager role backed up with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial and/or business-oriented role.

  • You’re agile with large amounts of data & insights and you’re able to synthesize and distill them into clear and concise stories with actionable insights and recommendations that influence senior stakeholders with impact.

  • You’ve got a Master’s degree in Business or Healthcare Management, Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent. Informatics or IT solutions background is a strong plus.

  • You’re open to frequent international travel in order to attend health conferences and customer meetings (i.e. all Europe, all Asia, North and South America, India, Middle East, Australia and Africa). Preferred prior pathology lab or medical products experience. Preferred experience with informatic products and/or solution services.
