At our global HQ, located in Ballerup Denmark, you will be part our IT QA & Compliance team – who all are looking forward to welcoming you and make things happen together across the organization.

“This is where we ensure Group IT stays compliant and keeps delivering IT solutions of high quality by providing deep knowledge of IT system validation and regulatory compliance ”, says Head of IT QA & Compliance, Line Rasmussen, who you will be reporting to.

You will enter multiple IT initiatives, where you will be responsible for ensuring the IT solutions live up to requirements from authorities, customers, and the business. You will do so by working closely with both IT and line of business.

Your contribution is appreciated

You master keeping an overview, conduct thorough planning, and have technical knowledge within IT. You know how to make others see the importance of what you are doing.

Besides that, you will

• Facilitate and assist in IT software validation according to GAMP5 principles

• Utilize a risk-based approach to continuously improve the quality and compliance of IT processes and documentation

• Assist IT process owners in creating and updating SOPs/procedures

• Use your stakeholder management skills to guide and assist stakeholders towards a common goal

• Tasks will be coordinated and aligned internally in the team based on ambition, skills, and preferences

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you

• Hold a master’s degree within IT, Life Sciences or similar

• Have experience within IT Software validation according to GAMP5

• Have knowledge of quality assurance within the life science industry

• Possess well-developed project-, and stakeholder management abilities

• Are fluent in English (and Danish is preferred, but not required)

At a personal level, you are a proactive team player with a drive for delivering high quality work and can work independently in a dynamic global environment.
