Description We are offering an opportunity for an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves leading or participating in Information Systems group projects with a focus on Workday and other business systems. You will be required to provide application support to meet the requirements of assigned user departments, collaborating with department system owners and super-users.

Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in Information Systems group projects to support new and installed systems, particularly Workday and other business systems.

• Provide application support to meet the requirements of assigned user departments.

• Collaborate with department system owners and super-users to ensure a timely response to user requests for software maintenance and enhancement.

• Plan, design, test, document, train, implement, and provide ongoing support activities.

• Collaborate closely with functional management and staff to define problems and devise solutions.

• Conduct work-flow analysis in user areas to ensure quality control.

• Manage problems and changes effectively and efficiently.

• Utilize skills such as Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, Apex Visualforce, Assertion Markup Language, AB Testing, Business Requirement Document, Configuration Management, Create Dashboards, Data Loading, and Workday ERP to perform tasks and responsibilities. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP/CRM consulting

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of Apex Classes, Apex Coding, Apex Triggers, and Apex Visualforce

• Familiarity with Assertion Markup Language and AB Testing

• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents

• Skills in Configuration Management and creating Dashboards

• Proficiency in Data Loading
